      Lots of responsibility from the beginning and work with some great people. Got exposure to many different areas of the company.

      Cons

      Very long hours and the company culture still has a long way to go. See they are trying to improve this.

      Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

      Cons

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
