      Great Place to Work but No Work Life Balance - Supply Planner Rig Direct Tenaris Employee Review

      Pros

      Best chance for advancement it seems is in Sales where a lot of opportunities are getting sent to satellite office around the US. Very loyal company to their EE's, usually never fires anyone just performs layoffs so and the benefits you get here are about as good as it gets minus any daycare or onsite cafeteria options.

      Cons

      Work/Life Balance is something that is at the top of every years internal survey as an issue but it never gets any better. Anytime a manager position opens up it usually gets taken by someone coming from another country or someones spouse who already works here.

      Pros

      Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

      Cons

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.

      Us/Them mentality with upper management Although advertised as such, English is NOT the official language of Tenaris Extremely top heavy and layered company
