      Pros

      Leaders in the industry, nobody manufactures pipe better than Tenaris. Their production centres are state of the art, top notch in the seamless pipe side of things. For ERW there are newer and more advanced mills in the world, but still they keep an edge.

      Cons

      Workload is excessive, there is no life-work balance, even though they have tried very hard to achieve that. Also it seems that managerial roles are given to expats. Maybe the expats are better suited to do the job but nobody ever laid a career path for me (or some of my coworkers) to achieve that level of advancement.

      Pros

      Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

      Cons

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.

      Environment was great, money was good, benefits were outstanding

      Cons

      Work life balance was okay. 12 on 2 off schedule but you have a lot of early days
