      Many learning and development opportunities, international travel opportunities, interaction with top management, competitive pay, innovative projects, individual and company bonuses

      Cons

      No remote work, you must go into the office (this is tracked). There are high expectations and a lot of work to get done. You learn a lot but need to be careful to establish boundaries to have work life balance.
