Pros
The job stability is the major pro, with employees being never kicked out of the company except for a disciplinary breach. The pay is also above the market median for the engineers. Good place to work if you start as a graduate trainee.
Cons
The location is limited, especially if you end up in the greenfield kalinganagar project. It also has a very bureaucratic structure and is difficult to grow fast amidst all the politics.
