get to know how to work in worst environment with minimum as well as late salary and no respect to education.good place to those who are very good in flattering and ready to give his .... to manager.

only foreman, operators as well as helpers get the respect and no use of engineers, no tool is being used by managers only chaplusigiri,worst washroom at shop floor with 3rd grade food facility and no use of mind only following instructions.managers job is only to pull the legs of their subordinates.lots of mal practices are going on in this organisation which even cant be counted on fingers.
