Pros
One of the salient features here is that you are given a free reign to experiment and learn as much as you want..No one is hardly bothered about what you are doing... So that gives you the freedom to try your hands at almost anything.. You can surely become "Jack of all Trades" if you are willing to learn... No surprise that it is a "training centre" for most of the young recruits..
Cons
The fundamentals of the company are still very good, but what's eating the ethos are Politics, Nepotism that is rampant.. HR Policies are next to nothing, basically Highly incompetent HR practices. There is compensation, Perks out there but only for the top management levels who do a huge amount of oiling and greasing... All in all it has a demoralising effect on the ambitious candidates.
