Great Mentoring & Hand-holding Lot of work around new projects and innovations. You get to work both with the Senior Management and some world class consultants. Good HR practices, employees feels taken care of.
Cons
Hierarchical and traditional in Approach Career planning is not prominent, especially at the entry level. Lack of visibility in line functions
