Pros
- Good culture - In the finance team, there are so many interesting developments, never a dull day, always great learning - Good medical & housing benefits - Good visibility to senior management at HO - Heaven and a long-term career (with responsibilities & growth exceeding capability) for mediocre performers who don't take tension on the job & can postpone comfortably and hang around 20 odd years
Cons
- Pay: low, pay hikes - lower - 'Sir' culture, fairly hierarchical, though it is a 5 tier flat organisation - Very uneven work culture - some centres work hard, some dont even work - Two kinds of talent - top class and average - but growth is like in a socialist setup - Non-existent career growth (due to the flat structure), esp for those who not only aspire but also back it up with hard work - At HO - long hours and unpredictable week-end working - esp if you belong to category (aspire+hardwork) - Empowerment at HO is low even on routine items - due to the proximity to top bosses which makes it easy for them to intervene
