Pros
No Medical Checks. Moderate technical knowledge requirement. It is very easy to find a new job while working at lower level.
Cons
No PF deduction. No huosing facility. No school for children. No job security. Normally notice period is one day. Highly unprofessional company. Very bad environmental condition. Lot of factions are pulling the plant in different direction. Rules of the co. changes almost every month. Management is exremely adhoc. Manpower is highly underutilized.
