Work Life Balance, Easy going work environment, People are nice to work (even if the workforce isn't cosmopolitan, diverse, exposed to the world, etc.)
Cons
Very hierarchical, Lacks growth opportunities, No bonuses, Salary levels lower than other industries, Work culture recognises tenure - not merit, culture and processes are incredibly resistant to change of any kind
