Tata culture is seen throughout and recognised. Strong channel partner base. Good bunch of colleagues to work with.
Cons
Payscale needs to be reviewed. Working in startups like Pravesh is no way similar to working in mainstream Tata Steel. Management less focused on long term solutions. Many young professionals left TSL due to change in work culture
