Pros
Nothing good about this company, just use you to get work in then outsource it to India. Pramerica had 2500 employees, now TCS has 800 that says enough.
Cons
Terrible management and HR dept. Placed on bench and treatment like dirt. Have a big false media presence and lots of fake mental health material, they do not care about employees.
