      TONS OF NONSENSE COURSES MANDATORY TRAININGS LOTS OF BUREAUCRACY FOR ANYTHING YOU WOULD NEED BUT IT WOULD NOT HELP AT ALL. JUST BLOCKERS ALL THE WAY
