Unprofessional - Anonymous employee Tata Consultancy Services Employee Review

Extremely unprofessional company with managers in roles there are not fit to be in. Management are inexperienced across all departments. This is not the place for an experienced person! The recruitment process was so unprofessional dealing with a girl who clearly is not a professional recruiter. This probably why people are in roles that they should not be in.
