Organised chaos - Software Engineer - Java Developer Tata Consultancy Services Employee Review

I was mostly ignored for the first 3 months working here with nothing to do. Onboarding experience was awful. Poor pay. Zero respect for any work life balance. Very alienating experience as the only non-indian in my onshore UK project. Extremely poor management. Projects claim to follow agile working paradigm, however it is simply poorly managed chaos with the name agile slapped onto it. Rather than getting the right people for the job and developing in some structured methodology, management seemingly throw bodies at a project until it gets done.
