Pros
I started my job as a trainee with this company. Now it has been 5 years working for the same. There were many instances when I thought I should quit and look for some better opportunities sometimes in terms of money and some times in terms of quality of work. Now I have realized that this company has plethora of opportunities available, you just need to give little time. After 5 years I could have gone into any stream of IT business, whether its Project Management, Sales or Business Analyst.
Cons
They started looking for quantity rather than quality. Every cat and dog comes to TCS. The quality of recruitment process has gone down terribly low. When I entered the company, we had put lots of efforts to enter into the company, but now there were so many quality less people that it becomes difficult to reflect the good image of the company.
