      Pros

      Good work-life balance. Friendly Management. Good onsite opportunities(until end of 2007). Good scope to learn (depends upon the project) Flexible working hours.

      Cons

      Compensation benefits for existing employees. Focus more on cost cutting rather than new business avenues. If you are a fast mover, this may not quite be a place to work for.

      1. Lot of learning resources 2. Teams are nice

      Cons

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
