Pros
Stands to the TATA values, nice employee benefits and well being measures. Good work culture, processes, etc. Provides a stable job with lot many opportunities and diverse roles to opt from.
Cons
Appraisal process is not transparent. Work Environment is effected wit the kind of project a person works in. Being such a big company, many aspects for the associates depend on the project rather than on the company level.
