      In my experience , I was very comfortable in TCS. Employee friendly . No work pressure at all. Cool and Relaxed work life. Medical benefits are high.

      Cons

      Less salary package and increment for freshers - mid level employees.

      Cons

      Most offshore resources aren't competent and unable to complete simple task on time. Management doesn't understand US consulting practices which is embarrassing and make the technical team look bad.
