      Pros

      Good for entry level programmers.. 1 year at the most. They should improve on retention and helping the employees grow.

      Cons

      No flexibility in project selection was the worst experience. Manager was dumb.. Did not know techie stuff, gave unrealistic deadlines

      1. Lot of learning resources 2. Teams are nice

      Cons

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
