Only good for first onsite assignment. Good to work if someone is looking for global opportunities.

Cons

No good salary hikes at onsite. Just have to obey what ever clients say. Not much technical growth at onshore.

Cons

Salary is comparably low. Project allocation main based on the availability. Sometime need to work on project which are not meant for you.
