      Big name in indian IT ind. Job security as backed by TATA group Onsite opp. (very less now)

      Cons

      Cost cutting everywhere (toilet paper and all) No promotion No recognition of the work, as there is management doenst understand techincal stuff. They only knows how to save/make money.

      1. Lot of learning resources 2. Teams are nice

      Cons

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
