      Pros

      TCS is a good place to work when u get proper trustworthy managers. They really help a lot but luck places a role on getting such good ppl n good projects.

      Cons

      Sometimes, for few unlucky ppl, it happens to be a good project with frustating managers. They monitor one very keenly that the person may be get frustrated and pissed off. It's just bcos of choosing managers through recommendations and politics.

      1. Lot of learning resources 2. Teams are nice

      Cons

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
