Pros
Except salary everything is good. Good work life balance. Work pressure is limited. If you want to go for higher studies or preparing for a government exam like SSC,IBPS or UPSC then It is the best company to work with. People usually spend 2-4 years here and gets settled either in abroad in this company or in government jobs.
Cons
As I earlier said salary is the concern though they will never put pressure on you but they will never provide you increment beyond 6% in a year.
