to understand the internals of outsourcing, or to begin the IT career. And it is also a good place to know how the Indian IT companies do businesses.
Cons
the company has a very attractive slogan of vision, mission and values. but they were never got deployed in the branch I am working in. caring and sharing which it supposed to do, actually is a joke. as we think, a good employer should always encourage employee to contribute more, and will award employee more in return, but the award is never there. And the appraisal system/process itself is not place of recognitions. the managers can easily interfere it anytime.
