      TCS has some values and it adheres to it. Good place to work for freshers. Good work life balance. Workplace experience totally depends on project and team members.

      Very slow growth (financial) for employees.

      Link and understanding between top and lower management/employees needs improvement. But otherwise it’s a great place to work

      1. Lot of learning resources 2. Teams are nice

      Cons

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
