      Good learning experience as I joined as a fresher. Employees friendly company.

      Cons

      Freshers get least salary. Which is why 80% of them quit tcs after completing 2 years.

      1. Lot of learning resources 2. Teams are nice

      Cons

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
