      Good work culture overall. Pramotion cycles are fair as per ratings. Maintained High on Ethics as per company of tata group.

      Cons

      Pramotion Cyle and compensation needs to be worked upon. Diffrent policies for sub groups under one umbrella is not acceptable. Policy standardization is required

      1. Lot of learning resources 2. Teams are nice

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
