      You can get onsite oppo if you're in a good unit like FS or BFSI. If you work hard then your manager might send to onsite. Lot of learning courses are there which are free to learn

      Cons

      Manager might not listen to your needs. Good employee can also lose confidence because of the manager. Hike are very minimal

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
