The people you work with always enjoy each other's company and make working fun. Sometimes there would be special associate appreciation.
Cons
The pay adjustment for being a senior associate when wages were adjusted was not appropriate to the change of what new hires were getting. The expectations of truck unload were greater than the compensation at times.
