      - Team leads expect way too much of you - Will push you past your breaking point at times - Will get frustrated with call outs, even if you're sick - Team leads playing favoritism a LOT, giving lots of special treatment to a select one or two

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
