      Pros

      It was a good place to work with decent management and opportunity for advancement. Good place to start off but not stay long term

      Cons

      Not much room for mobility, senior management seems to have a very one sided view of associates and that makes working difficult

      Challenging, fast-paced culture with great rewards.

      Cons

      If you do not have great availability, then this career will not suit you. You will rotating weekends off, but your schedule will based off business needs.
