Pros
I love listening to music, and can always have an earbud in while going around the store or parking lot. You have a lot of freedom and trust and will be walking around helping everywhere, which feels incredibly rewarding
Cons
You have certain rules like cart maximum that can seem menotious, but keep damages low. Cleaning around the store whenever there is a spill(even in thr bathrooms) can be tough. Feet will get incredibly calloused. I tore through 5 pairs of pants and 3 shoes in the past 6 months.
