      Pros

      Flexible, pays $2 more an hour on the holiday weekends (Thanksgiving and Christmas), and has a great culture. Their HR team is innovative with initiatives.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
