      Pros

      pays great, especially for cost of living in cincinnati. You start off making 45,000 after the internship. Great Fast, fun, and friendly culture. Love the people. Great and constant feedback on performance. Great leadership development.

      Cons

      Still is retail which is not exactly where I wanted to spend my career. Still have to know the right people, and it depends what kind of situation you are thrown into which can affect how quickly you are promoted.
