      Great mentorship Encouraged to fail -- the only expectation is to learn Great work-life-balance Weekly informal checkins with your manager, this allows you to communicate any needs you might have related to work or life Target really encourages you to explore their tech teams before your "final placement"

      Cons

      Being virtual can be a little lonely and hard to network, but everyone is cool with "Get To Know You" (GTKY) invites so you can schedule a zoom meeting just to chat and get to know the person
