Pros
Good pay for upper level employees. Benefits are okay. Company does a lot of volunteer opportunities.
Cons
Workers are not appreciated. Leadership is pretty bad. Target tries to recruit kids right out of college with no exp. to pay them less. They do not allow current employees to work their way up. Does not allow growth within the company.
