Pros
Target has a great vision, mission statement and place to work. They really do care about their employees. Target , in my opinion is the best retailer to work for when it comes to work/life balance...every other weekend off...closed christmas, thanksgiving, easter.
Cons
too much work for little Money...a lot of change...favortisim within store..not a lot of advancement opportunity...chances for big bonuses are very slim
