      Pros

      Target is a great company to work with an awesome culture. We get to work on a lot of cutting-edge technologies (kotlin, kafka streams, docker) and the work culture is really flexible.

      Cons

      As it is a fairly large company, sometimes work in some teams can be quite repetitive and boring. You cannot change projects very easily.
