Pros
Target is generally a very well respected company and people were often impressed that I worked there. The immediate working teams are very supportive and feedback is constant, allowing you to constantly refine your skill set.
Cons
Marketing was a very stressful environment with new process being rolled out almost continually, a lack of creative freedom and a confusing approval process. Sr. Management constantly changed high level strategy and approvals did not stick through out the project life cycle.
