The company has a very large variety of positions within the merchandising field and offers a number of opportunities for advancement. The pay and benefits are both competitive with other employers in the same industry.
Cons
The company pyramids are very separate from one another and culture outside the merchandising pyramid can be vastly different. Work life balance is difficult to manage in the merchandising pyramid and leadership often gets into a one-track way of thinking.
