Pros
The team is great, always there for support. Management does a pretty good job of getting in and helping out whenever its needed. Opportunities are there to learn all of the work stations.
Cons
Hours are erratic. One week you can be scheduled for nearly 40 hours then the next week you are only on for 11. Accountability is lacking here. People calling in all the time. Supervisors (LOD, Team Leads) ask team members rather than instruct team members to do something.
