Business Outlook
Pros
Great benefits compared to its peers (health care, retirement, paid vacations). The 401k is managed very well compared to another company I've worked for. Target is very big on teamwork and they correct or terminate poor performers fairly quickly. They are a very self-reflective company and are always trying to improve team member's and guest's experiences.
Cons
As a Pharmacy Team Leader there are lots of additional responsibilities and not a lot of extra compensation. The pharmacy, in general, has antiquated software and equipment and technical support is almost non-existant.
