      Pros

      - flexible schedule - Management is SO NICE, literally the best people. Any time I've had issues, they've always taken the time to come and talk to me one-on-one and help me solve them.

      Cons

      - some understaffing issues - soooo much online employee training, which cuts into the amount of time you have to get your assigned tasks done during your shift
