Bad store, bad management - Visual Merchandiser Target Employee Review

Mismanaged store, full stop. Communication was terrible, if not entirely nonexistent. I was constantly pulled from my tasks to work in other areas, then asked why my areas were falling behind. My ETL and SD gave no clear expectations for my role, like I was set up to fail.
