Pros
Great colleagues and management. There is very little ego and no toxic personalities at all in management or devs which is quite rare. Work life balance is usually good, there are no disruptive on calls. Its fun to work on a product that's innovative and helping growers grow our food. The dev team is really quite diverse compared to most Rotschild startups (if you care about that).
Cons
There's one major con and that its hard to make it in agtech, agriculture is just not a very profitable industry historically, especially when compared to cyber, cloud tools etc. Taranis has to put very big effort for every new sale and for retention and meeting the financial goals has proved elusive so far. This has led to some workforce cutbacks. Taranis IS a leader in its niche, but its still a very difficult niche to hit big revenue in.
