Lets be honest....the merger has been handled poorly. Very little transparency from management. Typical monthly HR and Integration updates that provide no clarity. No one has a clue how to merge the two operating models. Management expects folks to persist above and beyond when you have no clue about your future. Promotions are handed out like candy to upper managements friends but folks doing work are not acknowledged.
