Pros

This is a company that genuinely values its employees, longevity, and loyalty. Many people have long tenures here, which speaks to the supportive culture and sense of stability the organization provides. Relationships run deep—both among colleagues and with leadership—and there is a strong emphasis on trust, institutional knowledge, and developing true subject-matter expertise over time. The culture encourages collaboration rather than competition, and employees are treated as people, not resources. For those who value consistency, meaningful relationships, and the opportunity to grow deep expertise in their role, this can be a very rewarding place to work.

Cons

The same stability that makes this a great place to build a long-term career can also make it challenging to keep pace with industry trends. The company tends to be very risk-averse, which can slow innovation and limit experimentation with new approaches or technologies. Internal processes are often slow, with multiple layers of approval and decision-making. This can be frustrating for employees who are used to fast-moving environments or who want to drive change quickly.

Pros

Great Benefits, it is world class!

Cons

HR is not supportive when requiring help. People abuse the short term disability and nothing is done. The site head is abusive and denigrates people in public making them cry. The environment is toxic and political. People only care about getting product out the door. There is .no regard for people. All the right buzz words like psychological safety and respect are written everywhere, just rarely practiced. If poor management behavior is confronted, you will be terminated.
