Pros
Management cares about you as a person, compensation and benefits are fair, and there's a lot of opportunities across the organization.
Cons
Processes are either non existent or very slow. Ppl in charge of processes have their hands tied, causing a lot of cross-functional tension which makes it hard to get things done and negatively impacts culture. If people were more focused on conflict resolution and how to get on interpersonally, things would improve. Senior leadership is often unavailable to direct reports and often works on nights and weekends. Adds to the tension across the board. If the tension was addressed, it would be a great place.
